She feels very lucky in that she loves her job and that her skills are in being able to deal with any person and possible situation with understanding and compassion, as she only ever wants to achieve a positive outcome for everyone.
She considers that If you have to do a little bit extra to get a result for the client, then that’s just part of the job. The most gratifying outcome for Jeanette is handing the keys over on completion day to a “thank you for your help”, or for those who move around a lot to come back and say “I’m back again”, or to receive personal recommendation from a seller’s family or friend.
Following her semi retirement she now works part time bringing her vast experience and local knowledge to the lettings and sales team when needed.
Jess is now an established part of our busy Letting department. She has excellent customer service skills which together with her organised approach to the demanding workload and her bubbly personality make her an excellent addition to the lettings team.
