While continuing to operate our business and service the needs of our clients and customers, the partners and staff at Dee Atkinson & Harrison would like to reassure everyone that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of everyone during these difficult times.
At the time of writing, it is a case of ‘business as usual’. Our doors are open and all healthy staff are on hand to answer phones and deal with enquiries face to face (albeit a safe distance). Any members of staff who show any signs of being unwell have been told to remain at home for at least 7 days. Staff are following the best hygiene practices with regular sanitisation of door handles, telephones and keyboards. We are also continuing to monitor updates and government advice as the situation develops.
Where possible, to avoid any unnecessary risk, we would ask clients and customers to communicate with us via email, telephone or post which will help us to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus and help us to continue to provide you with an efficient service. If however, a face to face meeting at our office is essential, we would ask that you only do this if you are in good health, have not returned from an affected area or been in contact with anyone known to be showing signs of having contracted the virus or have symptoms that are in any way similar to those detailed 'here'. We would also request that anyone who falls under the category of 'vulnerable' to telephone us rather than visit in person.
This is a moving situation and our policy is to follow the government guidelines to the best of our ability. In the event of a change that requires everyone to go on 'lock-down' we will still deliver as much of our service as possible, with key staff working from home and able to access all our systems.
We wish everyone well and hope for a speedy and good outcome in this difficult situation.
