Following on from Driffield being named in the national press as one of the top 10 towns for price increases in 2018, we were delighted to see that both Driffield and Beverley featured in the Sunday Times 101 best places to live that was published last weekend.  In the category 'North & North East', Beverley came 3rd and Driffield came 5th, with Boston Spa in between at 4th and York coming 1st.

This is fantastic news for the area although it is a shame they said Driffield was in South Yorkshire, although it is still probably better than saying we are in North Humberside!  We have noticed a lot more interest in the Town from buyers living out of the area over the last 6 months and exposure like this will hopefully fuel interest further.

The Town is definitely enjoying a renaissance period with hundreds of new homes under construction and the acquisition of key brownfield redevelopment sites that have stood vacant for decades.  We have had our busiest first quarter for many years despite the Brixit uncertainty.
